|Recommended: YesWe Love Our Apartment — We love this complex. It is pet friendly, clean, and has plenty to do. We like having a pool and community areas. The apartment is nice and feels like home. It doesn't feel too cramped, and comfortably fits all of us. We definitely plan on being here for a while.

|Recommended: YesExcellent — Staff are generally very communicative and helpful, maintenance is taken care of within a few days, community is very clean and well taken care of and we’ve had no issues with any of our neighbors. Overall a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesFriendly And Well Maintained — This property is very well maintained and both the staff and the residents are very friendly the common areas are very clean and professional On top of that, there is a wide variety of amenities provided, like the gym and the pools, making this one of the best apartment complexes for the price

|Recommended: YesIt's Quiet And Beautiful — This property has great hospitality from the office workers. When I first moved in, my housemates and I were greeted with a goody bag from them and it made us feel very welcomed to be part of Mesa Point.

|Recommended: YesGood. Quiet, Good Location, Just What We’re Looking For. — It’s good. Standard apartment, good facilities, but very limited parking and semi remote location from going out on the town.

We have great news as far as the parking situation goes; we just installed a new premier parking spot at the bottom of the stairs going up to your apartment. This can be your new guaranteed parking spot for just a small monthly fee of $20.00. Come in and sign up for it so you will no longer have any parking issues for your vehicle.
|Recommended: YesEveryone Here Is Awesome — I have loved living at the Falls The entire staff is so great and help us whenever we have any issues, maintenance is always done in a timely manner and the office is always helpful if we have questions or need anything. We always recommend the Falls because it's the best community, the resident events are a fun way to bring everyone together, the new clubhouse is beautiful and both pools are always clean and fun

|Recommended: YesSuper Friendly Managers And Super Friendly Staff — I am very pleased with this apartment complex I absolutely 💯 love living there they are very friendly and super sweet Cathy and Kyla are the most sweetest people ever super nice staff I would so refer people here very comfortable living very very nice apartments and very spacious living and a beautiful garage and a small storage unit super awesome and I absolutely 💯 love the swimming pools and the clubhouse and the fact that we can have pool parties are amazing so if anyone wants a great place to live this is home sweet home give it a try and you would not regret it.
