|Recommended: YesThe Falls At Mesa Pointe Are A Great Place To Live — We have been here for 1 month and we love it here We have a covered parking space. We love the swimming pool and the pool table and the nice weight room and the nearby River walk trails We love the convenience of being so close to the stores, restaurants and the hospital. The staff here is excellent They are always smiling and happy to serve. They are very professional and so helpful and very friendly The rule of quiet hours after 10pm is great. Makes for a good quiet nights' sleep Plenty of cupboard space and the refrigerator and freezer hold more food items then our the other refrigerators we have had.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your honest review. We are enjoying having you and your roommates here with us. We were built in 2004 and, unfortunately, fiber was not around this area at that time. Our great property management company is looking into an option to run our own fiber internet lines so we can provide our tenants with the best internet options. We will keep you posted on the process of that and when it gets approved for installation.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful Property With Wonderful Staff — Looking for a place to rent, I found quite a few places. I always scrolled right past the property because I thought it was a senior residence, but when I was told it wasn't, this was the place I wanted. The initial unit I thought I could apply for ended up going elsewhere but the one I ended up with was the one I'm meant to be in. I love it and my family loves it. Looking forward to a great time here.

|Recommended: YesWell Maintained And Reliable, Organized Staff — I've loved living here. The maintenance staff is consistently fixing, cleaning, updating, and replacing any out-of-date materials. I've only had two instances so far where I need to contact maintenance. Once for a bees nest outside my door which they attended to right away , and a leak with my dishwasher. They are always prompt and respectful of your privacy. As a single woman living on her own, it's important that I feel safe and my space and privacy respected. I have always felt that way here.

|Recommended: YesA Fantastic Place To Live — I am floored by the hospitality we've received since moving in. We love our new apartment, and the fact that they communicated with us every step of the way has been fantastic. The management team there really knows their stuff. As a current resident I loved that I had access to a gym, hot tub, and two pools, as well as covered parking. Not only that, but the rent price is really, really reasonable especially in St. George. As a young working professional, the fact that I can actually afford to live here still surprises me. All in all, 10 10.

I appreciate you saying how beautiful our property is; our maintenance and grounds keeping staff work hard to keep our property looking this beautiful. Thank you for understanding that it is normal to hear your neighbors at times. Our company has taken extra measures to minimize normal apartment noises by adding 2 feet of gypcrete in between the floors. Please let us know if you are experiencing noise from your neighbors during quiet hours.
|Recommended: YesAmazing — I love living here it's a beautiful area. The gym is perfect. My only complaint is i wish there was a dog park near the pool so my dog has room to wonder around. But overall experience is amazing.

Another great thing about our community is that we are located right across the street from the bike path that gives you and Lizzy miles to wonder around and even hop in the Virgin River if she gets too hot on her walks in the summertime. The parking is sparse, but the amenities and awesome apartment space make up for it Our master bedroom is so spacious and I love the gas stove and oven.

|Recommended: YesGood Quality — It's a nice community with lots of great amenities for the residents. My only issue is that our rent continues to increase at a high and frankly unreasonable rate to an unmanageable point, so it feels like we're being driven out of our apartment in which we have lived for three years.
Thank you for your honest review. We love having you and Jeff here and are glad you decided to stay with us for another year despite the rental increase. One of the reasons that we need to stay competitive in our market is to continue to keep our community such a nice place where you want to continue to reside. St. George has a very strong housing market which is what our company goes off of to determine rental rates. We still have one of the best rent per square footage amounts in our city.
