|Recommended: YesI Like The Cleanliness Of The Property And The Friendliness Of The Staff. — I think it's a great place to live. Two, clean, temperature friendly pools. Staff willing to work with you if you have any problems. Very friendly. A couple of things bother me. The contract I signed said no dogs except service dogs but it seems there are dogs in over half the apartments now, everything from shi tzus to pit bull mix. I don't understand why the contract is not being upheld. Another thing is that I have had a service problem that is taking months to fix and it is causing me not only discomfort but inconvenience. I hope this is resolved soon.
But I have been here for over five years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else.

We used to only allow dogs as service animals, but with our new management company, we have broadened our allowance of them as pets as of February 1, 2019. This is probably why you are seeing quite a bit more now. I completely understand your frustration with the time period it is taking your service problem, as we too are frustrated. Due to the nature and extremity of the problem, we are at the mercy of the insurance adjusters and restoration company to proceed with the proper repairs. I received a green light from them as of Friday so we should have you restored back to normal within a short while. We love having you here as part of our Mesa Point family and appreciate your love and continued dedication to us.

|Recommended: YesWe Love It Here — We love living here Cathy and Sara are awesome and so helpful and WILL fix any problem quickly as far as dealing with loud neighbors or things that need fixed in the apartment. The maintenance staff is also so great Very nice and they fix things quickly We would definitely recommend living here.
