|Recommended: YesPeaceful Place — We have lived here for almost 7 years. It is a safe and peaceful complex to live at. Cathy has been the Property Manager for the entire time we have lived here. She is an excellent manager - so hard working and professional. One day recently we saw her picking up litter in the parking lot- she cares about the property and the tenants. Unfortunately, our apartment has not been updated in some time. But that is also because we have lived here for so long. And they have offered to put in new flooring and carpet. Any time we have needed something fixed, it has been taken care of quickly. I feel like the complex is well maintained.. I would just like to see the stairs and stairwells cleaned more often.. Also, it is a hardship to have our rent raised every time we renew our lease. I understand it’s the nature of living in a complex owned by a corporation and it is out of the property managers control. I’m just not sure that it is fair when our apartment has several needed updates.

|Recommended: YesLove This Place — The staff is so friendly and professional, they truly care about the residents. You really don't hear neighbors unless they are going out of their way to be loud, and I would say 99 of the other residents are respectful of this. Apartments could use a little updating, but everything functions as it should and the layout is great. Truly happy living here

We truly do care and love all of our Mesa Point family members and are glad to hear you feel that from us. :) We are so happy you guys have continued your dedication to MP and plan on staying here with us longer. We are doing some upgrades to all of the apartments this year; we are installing deeper kitchen sinks with sink sprayers, 2-inch faux wood blinds, new showerheads, curved shower rods, and digital thermostats. We should be getting to your building to complete those this fall. Thanks again for your feedback.

|Recommended: YesGreat View From Third Floor — My patio is my favorite place to see the St George sunrise sunset. I love the view. This apartment is very family-friendly. I actually prefer this place over many apartments here in St George. I don't have any pets but they are pet-friendly. Great place to live
