|Recommended: YesOk For It's Age. — If you have more then 2 cars, good luck finding a parking space. Style is about from 10 years ago. If they remolded the apartments like they did the office gym, then I'd give them 5 stars. But, overall it's ok if you can split the rent by at least 2 incomes.

|Recommended: YesFunctional — It is not a new establishment, but it is maintained pretty well overall. parking can be a bit of a challenge. it doesn't look like it originally was built for more than on car per apartment. but that is how it goes. my apartment at least could have used a face lift, the paint on the walls looked like it was done in a hurry, And we had a problem with our ceiling. other than that there were no major issues. i liked the pool and spa. those were a nice option. things were quiet for the most part. neighbors weren't a problem.

Loved having a pool and work out area. The apartments themselves are cute and and pretty up to date. Would recommend living here to anyone.
