|Recommended: YesClean, Well Maintained And Perfect For Our Needs. — We picked out an apartment complex that fills all of our needs. They are in top shape with a staff that promptly fixes any malady that might crop up. The staff have become good friends and so have many of the neighbors. The location could not be better. Distant enough to keep city noise minimal yet close enough to get to shopping quickly. The amenities are very appreciated. The walking and biking paths that are close by are a bonus. As long as they stay affordable, I don't foresee leaving anytime soon.

|Recommended: YesI have lived at the Falls for over five years. I can't imagine living anywhere else. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Any concern I have is immediately addressed by the staff. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The rent is at or below market value. I feel the staff here knows me and that I am very safe here. I've never lived in a rental apartment or house as warm and welcoming and professional as The Falls At Mesa Point. Christine Morrison

We are delighted to have you here with us and are so glad that you have committed to staying for another year. We really do have a great location in the heart of St George.
|Recommended: YesEnjoying Living Here And Feeling Pretty Safe — There are less expensive places but this is a well cared for property. the only complaint is that the parking is insufficient for the number of cars that are here. Slots are a bit on the narrow size. It is quiet for the most part and well maintained.. Just renewed for second year.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live. — Only put a four star on how to compare apartments to others , because this is the first place my husband and i have lived. we love it here, everyone is so friendly... if you are wanting to move here speak to Kathy she rocks. The maintenance guy Brad is so awesome, he will always update you on when he is coming or why he didn't make it that day and he's great to talk to if you happen to be there when he comes. They have a very nice updated gym. the only complaint i have is sometimes you can hear your neighbors talk or pee and that the dishwasher is the so loud you can't hear yourself think.

|Recommended: YesWe Enjoy Living Here — Staff is amazing They feel like they are your friends. If there are ever any problems they will fix it in a timely fashion. They keep the apartments pretty nice and updated for the most part. Parking kind of sucks but it isn't terrible. Overall my family has been very happy living here

We are glad you have decided to extend your stay here with the Mesa Point family and are super excited that you will now have your parents join us as well in a separate apartment home! We have a couple garages that are now available for rent if you are interested in renting one so you will always have that second secured spot to park. |Recommended: YesYou Cannot Beat The Falls — My wife and I have been apart of the Falls community for quite some time now Living out more than 5 separate leases. The people at The Falls truly do go above and beyond to provide a comfortable living environment for my family and I. All of the staff are super friendly and very inviting I highly recommend The Falls at Mesa Point. If you’re looking for a family oriented living community come to the Falls
